Why Fildy
Fildy was born in the field. Before writing a line of code, we spent time embedded in fire safety maintenance companies, on rounds with technicians and at the office with the people who rebuild the reports and quotes.
What we saw
The same observation came back at every immersion. What happens during a visit, whether a non-conformity, a photo or a part fitted, gets lost between the field and the office. Returns arrive incomplete or late, the office re-enters them and follow-ups are forgotten. That lost information costs time and margin.
Fildy keeps what the technician records. One entry on site becomes the intervention report, the quote and the next visit.
